Introduction

With its small footprint, the Hanbell Screw Compressor provides an efficient means of compressing refrigerant in larger applications.

The RC2 model has a wide operating envelope, designed to cover low, medium and high temperature applications using R134a and other refrigerants. With very few moving parts, the Hanbell Screw Compressor offers excellent reliability and is a quieter than other alternatives.

Operating at 2800 rpm, the Hanbell Screw is more cost effective than larger reciprocating semi-hermetic compressors. It offers higher operating efficiencies, compared to reciprocating or scroll compressor technologies.

A highly efficient motor allows optimum output, no matter what running capacity the compressor is set at. This results in a high displacement of refrigerant, energy efficiency and lower running costs. Hanbell uses long life bearings for higher levels of reliability.
