در کمپرسورهای اسکرو دو مدل از بلبرینگ ها بسیار پرکاربرد هستند. در این فیلم در مورد این دو مدل بلبرینگ صحبت می کنیم. اولین بلبرینگ مورد استفاده در کمپرسورهای اسکرو، رولر بیرینگ است. یک رول برینگ را باز می کنیم تا ببینیم ساختار آن به چه صورتی است و چه کاری را انجام می دهد. همانطوری که می بینید بلبرینگ پهن است و دارای cylindrical ball است. از این مدل bearing استفاده می شود تا نیروهای شعاعی را کنترل کرد. این یک روتور مادگی است. روتور نری در کنار این روتور قرار می گیرد و روتور مادگی را می چرخاند. می توانید تصور کنید زمانی که این دو روتور در حال گردیدن هستند، چه نیروهایی می تواند اعمال شود. دو نیروی محوری و شعاعی در روتور وجود دارد که بایستی damp شود. Damp کردن این دو نیرو را توسط دو مدل bearing انجام می دهیم. اولین bearing مورد استفاده roller bearing است. در roller beaing نیرو میتواند شعاعی وارد شود و ساختار این مدل bearing به صورتی است که تحمل نیروی شعاعی را دارا است و تحمل نیروی محوری را در راستای روتور ندارد پس این bearing در دو سر روتورهای نری و مادگی نصب می شود تا نیروهای شعاعی را بتواند تحمل کند.

In screw compressors, two models of bearings are used. In this film we are talking about these two models of bearing. The first bearing model used widely and also in screw compressor is the roller bearing. We open a roller bearing package to familiarize ourselves with its structure and see where the compressor is installed and what it does. This roller bearing, skf mark, is used inside the cylindrical ball bearing. This bearing model is used to withstand radial forces.

For example, the female rotor in the picture is mounting a bearing here and a bearing here. This bearing is a roller bearing. Roller bearing can withstand radial forces. But the great amount of forces available is axial. These axial forces are applied to male and female rotors. When the gas compresses from the top of the rotor to the bottom of the rotor and intends to exit the discharge port.

So a great amount of force is coming in, so these forces have to be damped. These forces are tolerated by this model of bearing. It is an angular contact ball bearing model that has axial force tolerance. We examine the structure of this bearing and the method of bearing as well. When we assemble this bearing, as you can see, the outer race and the inner race are angular, and also the balls and the two pieces. When we assemble this bearing it has the strength to bear in one direction and therefore does not bear the force which is unfortunately sometimes seen to be incorrect when installing the bearing. For example, in this female rotor, bearing is installed in this area. This rotor will bear the damp force in one direction. For example, the bitzer company uses two bearings that are back to back, but some companies use multiple bearings based on design and construction and can withstand forces in the opposite direction. While assembling the screw compressor it is very important to be careful with these directions and to be installed with the correct bearing.

The angle between the outer and the inner is very important. This angle is 25, 30 and 40 degrees and is made by different companies with different angles. Another problem is the incorrect bearing selection, which may cause the bearings to fail properly and the compressor will fail very quickly, so be careful when choosing the bearing part number and properly mounting the bearing.
